Inverness Meeting - from 30/09 to 06/09

Programme

Arrival for all in Scotland. The earliest were the Italians, who arrived in Inverness airport at 11:15, followed by the other delegates, culminating with the Spanish who landed at 21:00

All partners met in Inverness Royal Academy, where they presented their work on the evaluation of teaching methodologies. Having completed the planned programme, there was a little free time during which some of the partners visited Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. This was an opportunity for some social networking for those partners who had not met before.

Meeting once again at the Academy, the partners analysed and discussed the works presented during the previous day, from which point, they defined a common set of tools for the teaching activities. Due to accommodation problems in Inverness, the group had to leave for two nights in Edinburgh, where they could continue their discussions in a hotel in the city

Visit to the city center and historical buildings or Museums.

In the afternoon all the partners will come back to Inverness, someone with a short visit to the Bell Distillery, others visiting Gleocoe District.

Having returned to Inverness, the partners discussed the future of the project, from the forthcoming meeting in Spain to the date of a new meeting in Lubeck. They also decided the new targets to be achieved in their own schools and the technologies to be used.
The formal work having been completed ahead of schedule, the official meeting was closed and some partners went to West Coast of the Highlands, visiting Ullapool, one of the most active town in the area; others took a short trip to the Black Isle.

All delegates departed.
